*I did notice one issue which is if you play on Giant map and use in game editor to explore map then the game would lock you out. (I also play with mods and those work as well.) (Ii used 27 inch monitor and on start the game has black borders but when you make the map the game is in full screen with no black borders.) I play with RTX 3080 and I tested on 2k 280 HZ monitor and everything works if I set the resolution to 1080p. Also make sure you go to your game files find the game exe, game exe dx11/12 and game launcher (by game I mean Civ5) and set to Run as Admin, also make The steam run as admin as well. Also Make sure you run the game in 1080 resolution as the game doesn't support higher than that, well maybe if you modify something in files? anyway if you use more than 1080 p then the game would not load textures for city building which makes it impossible to play. The windows 11 uses 4 GB Ram for the system so make sure you have at least 16 GB Ram as then you have 12 GB RAM for the game usage.
